I make all of the decisions/substitutions, for better or worse.
I control the lineups and pitching assignments. I control all of the roster moves. I really don't let the computer do anything except roll the dice for me and play the other 29 teams.
I use the one-pitch mode, and I turn the warmup rule off (i.e. no warmup required).
