Thank you very much for the quick response...that is something I am constantly amazed at on these forums, the speed with which people reply.
I am 10 years into my league now and have been using option 2, rookies drop into the draft pool and a modern style draft ensues. What I wanted to do is re-start my league and not have an amateur draft until sometime in the 1970's. What I was wondering was if I did this would the players automatically go into the free agents pool or am I barking up the wrong tree.
