SirMichaelJordan, I envision that if a player retires and that is the end of his involvement in professional baseball, then his FaceGen is locked at the age of his retirement from his playing career; likewise, if he goes on to be a manager or coach, his FaceGen would be locked once he retires from those duties.
Also, I am glad to see that this thread is really taking off. Hopefully we can get the team to notice this so it can make its way into the game!
