All others are Non existent
in 1920 I will change Cuba to Fair, Canada to Good and Mexico to poor
In 1930 japan goes to fair, Cuba to good
1950 Japan and Cuba excellent, Mexico and Puerto Rico=good
Then in the 40's-2000s increase the Latin America nations up...but not as extreme as they are today
