Signing News:
On the brink of becoming one of the most sought after Free-Agents of all time, the Ocean City Tourists opened their wallets and signed the 27-year old All-Star Francisco Reyes to a 5 year deal worth $95,000,000. Reyes was shocked that he didn't win the Silver Slugger award this season, after he put up monster numbers. .341-59-158 scoring 138 runs.

These rulings really hurt my budget plans... My goal over the next month, through the winter meetings is to move Jose Rodriquez, Julio Romero and possibly Jesus Rivera and Ron Harris... I have my work cut out for me, that is for sure.
