While I have no comments on #'s 4, 5, and 6 (because I don't use those), this is a pretty good list. My number 4 would be adding some of postseason historical module to OOTP15. As it is, other than
who beat who in how many games, there's not much to be found in OOTP re prior postseasons.
I'd also add as a sub-component of both #'s 2 and 3: Better AI when it comes to end-of-season and postseason. For example, I'm tired of seeing aces & other top pitchers start meaningless end-of-regular-season games and thus be unavailable for games 1 & 2 of the playoffs.
My #5 would be to implement semi-realistic playoff scheduling, as opposed to the completely unrealistic cookie-cutter schedules that OOTP comes up with.
