obviously this guys is rated on the 1-100 scale (Notice the 16 rating) Something else that is a dead giveaway, No way does this guy average almost 6ip per outing if his stamina is 20 on a 20-80 scale. But either way, I pay absolutely no attention to overall ratings for the most part. They (Overall ratings) are nothing more than a sorting tool for me.
