With regards to the owners, if they just have a problem with each other, that's the sort of thing, IMO, they need to settle between themselves (and keep off the league forums).

The owner threatening to quit because of the second owner must not like the league very much if he's willing to let one person ruin it for him.

If, on the other hand, one of the two is disrupting the league for *everyone*, then that's the owner that needs a talking to and probably should be considered for expulsion.
