Yeah, that's kinda what I want to set up. EXT is for the prospects who aren't ready for fullseason ball, but you want them to play similiar competition.
Also what you end up getting is jumping a player to fullseason A ball, him hitting .150/.200/.275, and demoting him to shortseason, ending up with an angry player by his morale, which I assume hurts his performance.
