The offense was only able to get 3 hits, but Roberto Perez got the one that counted most, a 2-run walk off HR (34) in the bottom of the 9th.

GM Notes: Our offense hit a lul this final week, hopefully that isn't a sign of thigns to come for the playoffs... Our rotation is set with Miguel and Jose going 1 and 2. Not sure who #3 is going to be, but if Joe Parker is rested it might be him. Parker, then Ho... Reilly will be shifted to the bullpen (or left off the roster, not sure yet)... I have to say I am surprised how this season finished, I never expected us to be this good. I will have a little more to say during the playoff preview, but now I am just ready to get things going!

Minor League Teams:
The Yokohama Baystars are down 2 games to 1 in the best of 7 series to the Havana Nationals. They are now without 2 of their top pitchers Vaughn Griffith and Arturo Ramirez.

A - Jacksonville resigned pitching coach Julio Borges
AA - New Orleans signed Bill Patterson to be their new Manager and Spencer Grady as their new PC. Bill had only one job in his managerial career, and that was with the Manager of the Salisbury Ports. He was fired after a 38-84 start. Spencer has a been the pitching coach of the A team from New Orelans for the past 5 seasons.
AAA - Yokohama signed hitting coach Jaime Perez whose contract was set to expire at the end of the season.
Our coaches are set for 2018 throughout the system.
