GM Notes: Not much to say right now, we have 2 weeks left and I just want to stay healthy and get into the playoffs at full strength.. Contreras and Matos will each get two more starts, then be ready for games 1 and 2 in the playoffs... I have to figure out what I want to do with the defense, put better bats in an a lesser D or play with a better D and lesser O. Guess I will cross that bridge when I get there... This off-season will be another busy one, I need to figure out what I am going to do with guys coming up on aribitration. Right now I am leaning towards trading Jose Rodriquez and Pablo Freitas and trying to sign Kent Davis and Derek Campbell to longer term deals. But do I have the minor's to fill those spots? Will I have money to sign anyone? Going to be an intersting off-season, but for now the focus is staying healthy... I will also need to get some minor leaguer coaches signed, I look to be losing 3.
Minor League Teams:
The Yokohama Baystars take on the Barcelona Dragons in the first round playoff series.
