The time in the schedule file is the 24-hour local time at the home ballpark. (For the purposes of this "rule", the Diamondbacks are in the Mountain Time Zone.)

So if you want a 12:35pm start, set it to 1235. If you want 7:10pm, set it to 1910.

It appears you were messing with the Boston @ Oakland games on March 25 and 26 and set them to 0035 instead of 1235. Just change the "am" to "pm" in the Edit Schedule screen, you don't need to go through LSDL imports to change only two games.
