Well, one thing I notice is that even though his expectation is "Playing in Majors" his morale is still normal as you have him in the minors.
At his age, if you aren't going to be getting him everyday ABs, I'd much rather see him in the minors where he can get regular playing time.
If he could play more positions to where he was able to rotate several positions and get regular ABs as a backup filling in for off-days, I'd keep him in MLB. As long as it isn't killing his morale, with his two positions, I'd keep him in AAA.
