Maybe I just missed it, and maybe I'm a bit offtopic...
But is there a plan/a way to have actual performance considered as it pertains to players contract demands?
And is there such plan/way to have that performance play a role -- albeit a possibly misleading one -- in a player evaluation for scouting and even drafting purposes?
