But Football Manager is just turning into a 'cash-cow' these days. All you see is 'Match engine fixes and tweaks x300' on their updates and only a handful of actual fixes. They even stated that next years version won't 'revolutionise' in anyway just build on what they have - a clunky game that only works properly for a few leagues each year
Don't get my wrong I buy it each year because it is a good soccer sim, the best one! But having no competition makes them lazy I think.
Look at OOTP Baseball it has Baseball Mogul and PureSim to contend with, on a lesser level maybe but still competition and look at all the nice updates we get from Markus and co each year!
Anyway Football! Don't forget the German and Austrian leagues!
