If any of them happen to win a league award in their league (college/high school), you'll receive an email about it, and in their little stats box thing, you can click 'offer contract'. I just did this and stole away the Rangers 9th overall pick, lol. Don't worry, I'm going to commish mode him onto their rookieball team, but this is kinda huge.
