I'm certain that's true. But no doubt you've also dismissed many as being "niche".
Are you seriously telling me that we wouldn't have been having this exact same discussion about international leagues had they not been included in 15 and someone had brought them up? They fit in just as poorly as indy leagues do with your stricture that "Most people run one league and minors".

Because the demand isn't all that limited. Heck this thread is practically overrun with folks talking about how much they'd like OOTP to better handle indy leagues. I really think there's far, far more demand for this than you realize.
