One suggestion I had was every team have an results page that lists the date,the opponent,the place,the score,winning and losing pitcher,save(if there was one) and homeruns hit. A game at a neutral site(different stadium) probably wouldn't be noted.

It will list the park in the boxscore not your home park not entirely sure what you mean by in team schedules. The schedule & schedule editors dont list the park i have played games other then my home park in my main league for various teams I have been with.
