In game from teh Game Menu go to Add ons central and download & install the All in one mod. This will give you uniforms logos facegen and photos for modern players. Most will only take effect with a new game not the one who have loaded when you went to add ons central.
I would start with the quickstart but forget about NCAA unless you are used to gaming and good with a PC. it can be overwhelming at 1st.
