ILY? BGN? G168 is fairly obvious, but what's the long strings after it? Does OOTP come with various schedule files I can import? Is there a place I can go and read up on this without posting 'n00b' questions here? Thanks

ILY = Interleague Yes
BGN = Balanced Game No
The long string is how the league is set up. In the schedule you have above the file is for 12 team leagues. SL1 is subleague 1, D1 is division 1, T6 is for the 6 teams in the subleague. Subleague 2 is set up in the same manner. The C is for comments and is not required in the schedule file. In your example the T = Teams, the L = games played in the league and the I = interleague games.
To use this schedule your setup in game must match the schedule you are importing. GMO has about 300 schedules posted in the Mods forum. These were created around 2007 but work fine. I also have a schedule pack with the GMO files and all the files converted from version OOTP 6.5 to the 2006 version. These file were created in 2006 and work with the current schedule format. The file has about 800 different files. GMO has not been around for awhile so I am guessing that he is not doing schedule request like he did in earlier versions, I lost the software that I used to create schedules so I no longer create schedules. They are not that difficult to create in excel but are time consuming. A good schedule may take 6-8 hours to create.
I hope that this is helpful. Schedules are easy to import and setup once you do a few.
