Does your League folder in the save game folder have .lg at the end?
Your Leagues save game folder must have that suffix to be recognized by the game
the name of the folder should be something like this
My_Baseball_League.lg
Also if your save game folder doesn't have the settings folder in it , the first time you open the league it should create the folder, if it doesn't you need do nothing more than create is yourself and place the accountsdata_gms file into it
