Did you go through and edit your world.xml file? I also thought it would be fun to edit the storylines.xml file, but that one could take a while. I was wondering if you did this, or if you just changed the uniforms and logos?

I didn't touch the cities files at all. I just basically set every team in Las Vegas and changed the team names to match Fallout: New Vegas locales. I made all the uniforms myself, along with borrowing and changing logos from the wiki site or through Google searches. For player birth cities, I mostly just ignore them. If I have any need for a specific place for narrative needs, I'll just edit the player's birthplace to something relevant.
For the Mojave events, I am using a random events file and changing those events to match my world. When I roll double 1's, there is a player injury event. When I roll 6's, it's a player feud event. 2's and 3's equal a chem event. From there I run random numerals to determine which event occurs. It doesn't contain EVERYTHING from the Fallout universe, but there are enough different events to give variety. I also use my own gameplay experience with some of the Fallout humor to change events as needed.
My universe actually contains many other narrative explorations from the Fallout world, though I have not yet explored many of those events. For instance, the Vault Dweller (Fallout), the Chosen One (Fallout 2), and the Lone Wanderer (Fallout 3) are all out there waiting for their cameo. Now I've introduced the Historian, the Keeper, the Beggar, and Tommy, though I am keeping their roles mysterious for now, depending how long I keep up with this dynasty.
Anyway, thanks for reading. I hope you enjoy my dynasty, and let me know if you have any more questions.
