The Jays' hitters bailed out rookie Owen Haynes in his major league debut and it came down to a walk-off walk with two out in the ninth by Adrian Young to give Toronto the 6-5 win over Cleveland.
Skip McBeath went 4 for 5 with 2 RBI and Gustavo Pena hit a solo homer.
John Howell led the game early with an undisclosed injury. That would be a costly loss as his defense is a huge asset to the team.
WP - Doug Corbett (3-4)
LP - John Henry Johnson (2-2)
Record - 48-45
