I love the idea of league evolution, mainly because I don't like to dictate when such changes take place. What I would love to see is the ability to outline the types of changes that will take place. For example, The option for teams to relocate. Let us upon league creation list out 4 or 5 locations teams could move to. Just think, this does away with the chance of a team in a Gulf Coast League up and moving to Queens. Same type deal could be offered for expansion, but with the added choice of maybe choosing league formats that fit schedules already in the game. Then we play our league and have no idea if the changes will occur or when.

Another option, is one I seen LGO bring up, in which such changes are part of the winter meetings and get voted on.
