I always have mixed feelings when I move on to the next team. To some extent you get invested in the team, you got them in a pretty decent place, then you are gone and starting all over again. I've also been doing this a long time, and part of me would like to finish this whole thing, and that part of me is disappointed. There is that part of me that wants to have to rebuild without having the top pick a virtual lock. Who knows, maybe once 2013 approaches things will line up and I'll close this chapter. I guess that'll depend on how many teams are left and who too.
For the second part of your question I really try to avoid looking at the bottom of the standings and thinking about who is next. I've gotten in trouble in the past playing what if.
