You can do it one of 2 ways.
1. put the caps in the 14 ballcaps folder and the jerseys in the jerseys folder. Logos into the logos folder.
2. you can also put them directly into your saves game. Saved Game.lg - html-images. I'll PM Bigrod sinceIi am weak on this method.
In game go to Edit Colors & uniforms from the teams Menu and load them. If you label for the cityname_nickname_year they will load from the folders.
sorry i couldn't finish them. It would be best to get the modders to make most of the rest if you dont see what you like in the links. Go through the mods forum. There are a ton of uniform sets out there and many people have a photobucket.

Sorry for the delay in answering.
If you've already created a game and you want to bulk replace those game generated images such as photos, logos, uniforms, etc., it's much easier to bulk replace them rather than doing it manually.
To add logos, photos, etc. into a saved game:
To add photos, delete everything in the saved game's news\html\images\person_pictures and profile_pictures.
To add logos, delete everything in the saved game's news\html\images team_logos and league_logos folders.
To add caps & uniforms, delete everything in the saved game's caps and uniforms folders.
Once you've deleted all you need to, restart ootp and all your new images will be auto created as long as they are in their default location and named correctly. If not, you'll have to manually import them.
If you're just adding a handful of new images to an existing game, your better of loading those manually.
I never suggest that you just add images directly to your saved_game folders as that can cause problems because of the way ootp keeps track of things. They can revert back to the original images.

BTW: The default locations for images are:
Real player pics - ootp's photos folder
Facegens - ootp's fg_files folder
Logos - ootp's logos folder
Caps - ootp's ballcaps folder
Uniforms - ootp's jerseys folder
Ballparks - ootp's ballparks folder
When adding any of the above to a new game, ootp will auto create all of them when you create the game as long as they are in their default location and named correctly.
