From my, admittedly limited, knowledge the CS adjust must be checked to allow the computer to re-rate fighters as they move from beginner to pre to prime to post to end...without it checked the fighter will keep the same ratings as he moves from one career stage to another. Not sure how it works with auto aging as I never really use that feature but I assume it needs to be checked for auto aging to work porperly...not sure if that helps at all
