Can someone at least point to a "Career Stages for Dummies" thread?

EDIT: It's only just occurred to me (I'm thick) that the multiple Career Stages thing has been around since at least version 2.0 but I never used it because I always used historic/inactive boxers whose prime was pretty much defined. I used that prime version of them to create ratings back in the original Title Bout and I've just been transferring them over from one version to the next. So each of my heavyweights had one set of Prime ratings and I relied on the auto-aging feature when that made changing career stages automatic. It appears that it is now necessary to create multiple sets of ratings for each career stage. Is that correct?
