Look , Everyone, even you, knew what his question was. Simply put;
" How long does it take to advance to the ML level after starting as a minor league coach without assigning yourself a team via logging in as the Commish?"
Whether or not "Commish Mode" is cheating is irrelevant to the topic, BUT as usual
"The Wolf" takes advantage of every opportunity to create controversy and arguments for his own enjoyment.
So to get back on topic, the answer is ; "Play until you get to the ML and let us know how long it took, because there is absolutely no time limit other than the possibility of getting fired. I personally have made it to the AA level in 3 seasons starting out from Rookie Leagues. I can't say how long it takes to get to the ML level cause I never have...and I'd be willing to guess that 99% of the people on these boards haven't played in that mode often enough or long enough to know the actual answer.
