i can vouch on the next team picks the Scout recommendations. I would says probably 70-80% of times in first 5 rounds.

as for OP's question i have check later on these guys, and there is no trend. Sometimes they were better than the one i picked, but many times not, like you would expect from prospects. so the Scout does not know better
