Control Panel --> Programs --> Default Programs --> set Associations

Look for .htm and .html being associated to your browser, Chrome I think you said you use.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I had already said I tried setting my default browser to each of the three biggies, with no success. Plus, I'd also said "Write Report to Disk" and "Create Logo & picture Preview" are both fine and functional. So it was never an issue of file association.
