OOTP Developments Forums - View Single Post - "Open in external browser..." No Longer Working?

I just downloaded avast and I'm trying that. If that craps out on, I might try MSE next. And it might crap out on me, because it has been stuck on this screen for several minutes now:

Which seems far too long for it to be stuck on it.
