If the computers are networked, you could probably set things up so that the OOTP data folder is in a shared network folder. You could also probably use dropbox for that sort of thing. There's also SteamCloud (which would do exactly what you want, but not with a non-steam version of the game), but that's something the developer has to code for, I believe.

Let's pump the breaks a little bit here, guys. There are people, myself included until just recently, who don't know anything about Steam and have no idea what it does or how it works. It's not unreasonable for someone to wonder if it stores game data on a cloud to make it accessible anywhere. This is happening with lots of things now (music, movies, documents) that people deal with in everyday life. So let's try to help people without the negativity.
