Overseas players/scouts
First off the credit for the idea goes to AJ Trenkle, IBL commish.
I think it would be neat to have an option to hire an overseas scout. Such scouts will scour the world for talanted, raw prospects for the minor leagues OR star players that can be signed to the MLB team. Hiring an overseas scout should defenitely be expensive and should probably be just an option. A team should have a choice if they want to hire one or not. The scout can be paid per player or per x number of players they bring in.
