I play GM only in my offline league. I even let my manager do call ups and send downs even though he likes to annoy me at times. I sim each series day by day, then check my messages in between series unless I get a PM. I generally do all my trading at the all star break and the trade deadline unless something drastic happens. I will do extensions and the like after the playoffs and before the offseason. When my team makes the playoffs I watch each game in one pitch mode and try not to throw my laptop.
