One more question..

Can you explain to me again why the "true ratings" that the new exporter now reports show different ratings than what you actually see in the game now, even when scouts are off? Where before this most recent version, what we saw were consistant with what the in game reports showed us..

Does this mean that even with scouts off, we dont actually see the right rating, but instead still see a "scout" rating?
