Not happy to see a top target of ours sneak out of our price range and then sign in the division. They did not give much of an indication that they were leaning toward the Cubs, but, what can we do? I like that Theo/Jed are doing in Chicago with their bullpen. They have many holes to fill but are shoring up a very important part of their club.
