I personally take the view that my owner is insane. He keeps expecting me to win each year with less and less budget. Which is even more fun with league evolution giving players Arb eligible after 1 1/2 years of service and the Super2 guys now going to arb after the first full year.
There is nothing like having a rookie average pitcher posting a career year and asking for 3.5 to 5 mil the first year.
