1. Marketing. I'd like to be able to dump money into fan appreciation days, charity events, and other marketing activities to increase fan interest.

2. New stat for a manager: leadership. Increases (or decreases) team morale.

3. Winter leagues. (I'd like to send my prospects to winter ball to increase their skills)

4. More ball park work (I've seen this before, but basically modeling things like Fenway with the Green Monster)
