1) OOTP database neutered stats has all major league players neutered. The degree depends on the team and league they played in.

2) The Gambo db starts with the Spritze one and removes many players and player years while changing the team played for designation. This has not been updated in quite a while.

3) The Spritze db double neuts players in their non-ML years. Once for team and year and once for age and level. Example a 19 year old player in AAA ball who hits .300 in a pitchers league will have much better ratings than a 34 year old in A ball who hits .300 in a hitters league.
