Player usage in baseball is totally different. Playing 16-18 games per season vs 162 games are not comparable. The need for rest is completely different. The reasons for playing and not playing are different.

Baseball players are not rested in-game like football but instead given entire games off if possible usually on a rotating basis and against weaker opposition/tough pitcher. If you were to set even a 90% rate without thinking a key player could miss a critical game against a division opponent based on the percentage and not reality. If you had 5 players set to 90% would they all be off the same day?

I know the fatigue system doesn't always work as expected but it is usually due to bad AI player use (position) and not the actual fatigue trigger. I'd like to see that problem fixed first and see if fatigue works when a substitute player is available.
