so yeah little risk but still, except if lost season because injury. Where i have had issue is with International Prospect, since i like to see around 18 if they have any potential, and this is when they get assigned to Arizona.

I thought HS draftees have 5 years before they are rule 5 eligible? Either way, I guess one thing I do is rush guys with potential through the lower minor league levels. In my perfect situation a top HS draftee finishes his first season in SS, and gets enough time there where he can start his first full season in A-. Whether or not that's too quick, I'm not sure. I kinda base it on their performance. But that could affect the rest of the things I've said.
On a related note, does the game designate which team is A- and which team is A+? I haven't found anything in game so I made the differentiation on my own but I could have flipped them without knowing.
