4) Lewes Braves (103.6)

Notable Feats/News:
Cliff Jones, Washington Senators, extended his hit streak to 24 games, tied for the longest of the season.

Notable Injuries:
Edgar Matsuda, Annapolis Admirals, received bad news today, being diagnosed with shoulder inflammation and will miss 6-7 months.
Tsuneo Sato, Chesapeake Blue Crabs, recived news that his season is over. Diagnosed with shoudler inflammation he will miss 5-6 months

** maybe its a good thing I just resigned my trainer Francisco Gonzalez to 5-year extension. Both these guys were with the Cavliers earler this season or last.

GM Thoughts/Notes: Not much to say this week, the team is playing at a high level and seem to be enjoying winning games... Defense Deff is up to .720, which is awesome. The bullpen ERA is holding steady at #3 which isn't too bad, but could be better... Problem with blow-out games are the closer doesn't get used enough. Whitaker only got in one game this week... Sweetapple, Mateo, Matos and Armstrong have become a pretty formidable 1-4... Derek Campbell will be rejoining the team after a stint on the 15-day DL.
