2) Chesapeake Blue Crabs (108.9)
3) Wilmington Iron Pigs (108.0)
4) Annapolis Admirals (105.8)
5) Lewes Braves (98.5)

Notable Feats/News:
Steve Williams, Annapolis Admirals, hitting streak ens at 24
Cody Patton, Georgetown Sixteens, extends his hitting streak to 20

Notable Injuries:
Jorge Gutierrez, Annapolis Admirals, starting shortshop out for 4 weeks with a fractured hand.
Abraham Thomas, Washington Senators, one of the games premier hitts, has suffered some recent set-backs, but should rejoin the Senators in 1-2 weeks.

GM Thoughts/Notes: Not much to be said about this week. The team just put everything together and looked great... Cody Johnson picked up Derek Campbell and hopefully he can keep it up one more week. Having Campbell makes us a better team that is for sure, but responding to an injury like that makes life easier... Will Rose had 3 perfect outings over 2 innings. So far so good, but we will see what the rest of the season brings. I do like having to lefties in the pen though... We now head into August with a sizable lead over Washington, but we won't be letting up. Feels good to be playing solid-ball... Jose Rodriquez came out of the all-star break on fire, but Pablo Freitas and Mauro Candelaria are now slumping. I need those two guys to hit the ball if we want to succeed.
