Not really sure this a bug, moreso a over "usability" thing.

The filters for pretty much all screens (roster, draft screen and so on) are not working as they should. The max in the filter for potential and rating are set at 15 and while i am aware that a 15 potential guy is probably something that is unlikely to pop up there is the chance that it will at some point. After all if you edit a player and give him all the max ratings he ends up with a 22 or so.

So what happens with a 15+ rating/potential guy is, that he does not show up at all, not at the draft screen for potential players, not on your roster if you have him and not in the stats pages.

In my opinion the filter should allow you to set a range from the lowest to the highest value possible in the game.
