My league is a fantasy league 2 sub leagues with 2 sub divisions of 10 teams each for a total of 40 teams. The leagues are split by hemisphere with the divisions by continent. I put the setting to "a lot" which is 160 players total.
Just finished the season and I can still not sign them though. Action button from the player page gives the same options as the right click menu shown in the screen shot. The fact that the AI teams are signing them makes it even worse
