Under League Setup/Edit League Structure, all the teams are alphabetized by city name. But under League Setup/Names & Affiliations, the teams are named in order first by how you originally ordered them, then by the order in which they came into the league.

I would love to see Names & Affiliations automatically re-order itself alphabetically the way it is in Edit League Structure, especially since the Create Logo & Picture Preview function shows teams in the same order as Names & Affiliations -- that is, not in alphabetical order.
