i should probably rephrase, i was just puzzled when i noticed my first 3 rounds from last year's draft had been released and grabbed by other teams..

so is there a function in OOTP which allows me to not have to worry about the day to day operation of the team, putting guys on DL, etc... and have me worry about managing the development of the franchise?
