Still trying to determine exactly what's going wrong there. The player's attributes aren't dropping, so it's likely an issue with the way the scouting system is displaying or calculating the overall rating - there shouldn't be any shift in that from the user's point of view just because the player changed teams, though, so it's likely some odd interaction between historical mode and scouting.
