Player Development and Organizational injury issues

Just finished my 5th year, and noticed 2 trends in my farm system, and i wonder if this is something i need to investigate.

I have had a rash of arm injuries through out the system. The only place you get a trainer is at the major level, and he is doing ok there, but is there something i should be looking into, or is this something which happens? Obviously i am adding a injury risk filter in my future transactions, but beyond that.

Part 2. I have much improved my minor system coaching, making sure to have Good or above at all the important categories, including hiring bench coach guys to Manage because they come with great Defensive ratings. I have also increased Dev budget to 50% above average. I still get lot's of negative development in players. I follow enough minor league to know this is to be expected, but i'm just curious what else i could do.

(i also did my first player cheat, "teaching" my 30th round pick to throw a knuckleball... i even hired Wakefield as my rookie league pitching coach :-) )
